Boxing

Islington boxing. 
Intense exercise regime. 
Rewarding challenge.

I don't like boxing
But I know it's good for me. 
I go anyway.

Want to be stronger. 
More disciplined and fitter. 
But the work is hard.

I'm tired today. 
Maybe I'll just go back home.
To my nice warm bed.

I go with my friends
Adam and Will at my side. 
Nicer than alone.

Is much easier on bus
Compared to my bike. 

Highgate Woods is closed
Now that the days are shorter.
I miss walking through.

Favourite evening walks
Take me past nature and trees.
I like the quiet.
